Abstract:
A urine detection reagent, specifically a detection reagent for an abnormal metabolite in the human body - 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid, and a preparation method. The detection reagent for the tumour marker 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in urine comprises an aqueous solution of Hg2+, Hg2
2+, Cu2+, WO4
2-, SO4
2- and NO3
-. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of a sulphuric acid solution; preparation of a nitric acid solution; preparation of an A solution; preparation of a B solution; preparation of a C solution; preparation of a D solution; preparation of an E solution and mixing. The raw materials for the preparation method are easy to obtain and inexpensive, the preparation process is simple, the obtained reagent has stable performance and features such as strong universality, high sensitivity and good specificity when used for cancer detection, the detection process is simple and short, and judgement is easy. The present invention is particularly suitable for large-scale population surveying, clinical aided diagnosis of cancer and dynamic inspection of efficacy.
