Abstract:
Provided is a detection sensor (10) which can effectively execute a highly-accurate detection by using a plurality of cantilever-type transducers while avoiding interference between the transducers. The detection sensor (10) includes transducers (30A, 30B, ...) having different lengths from one another. The transducers (30A, 30B, ...) are set as follows:
2(ΔL/L) > 1/Q
wherein L is the length of an optional transducer and ΔL is a length difference between the transducer having the length L and another transducer when the resonance frequency is f0.
