Abstract:
A detection system and method for a differential assembly (800), related to the technical field of differential detection devices. The detection system comprises a base (100) and a top plate (200). A fixing assembly (300) for fixing a differential housing (830) is provided on the base (100), and a pressure sensor (400) is fixed on the lower side of the top plate (200). The pressure sensor (400) is connected to a lifting/lowering assembly (500). The lifting/lowering end of the lifting/lowering assembly (500) is connected to a chuck (600). The chuck (600) is connected to a half-axle gear a (810) in a differential and can drive same to move. The fixing assembly (300) is connected to the other half-axle gear b (820) in the differential and fixes the position thereof. The detection system further comprises a displacement detection assembly (700) and a CPU processor. The CPU processor acquires the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor (400) in real time, and controls the displacement detection assembly (700) to detect the distance of the chuck (600) moving in the vertical direction. The differential measurement precision can be improved, the detection efficiency of the differential assembly (800) is greatly improved, the assembly quality detection and control level is effectively improved, and the quality loss caused by manual misjudgment is avoided.
