The present invention relates to the technical field of pin devices. Disclosed is an electronic cam pin mechanism. The present invention mainly aims to solve the problems in existing electronic cam pin mechanisms that takt time is slow, the device is unstable and the price is high. The electronic cam pin mechanism comprises a cam box mechanism, the cam box mechanism comprising a cam box main shaft, a pin feeding downward movement cam, a first cam set, a second cam set, an electronic cam lead screw insertion mechanism and an electronic cam lead screw pre-insertion mechanism. The cam box main shaft is mounted between a cam box main shaft upper fixing plate and a cam box main shaft lower fixing plate. The PIN feeding downward movement cam, the first cam set and the second cam set penetrate through the cam box main shaft and are fixed to the upper surface of the cam box main shaft. The electronic cam lead screw rod insertion mechanism and the electronic cam lead screw pre-insertion mechanism are each mounted on a mechanism fixing plate. A cam box main shaft active synchronous pulley is mounted on a power servo motor output shaft. Thus, the pin insertion depth is adjustable and flexible production is truly achieved.
