Abstract:
Provided is a detection test strip for novel coronavirus, comprising a back plate, wherein a water absorption pad, a nitrocellulose membrane, a bonding pad and a sample pad are sequentially connected end-to-end on the back plate; a quantum dot marked novel coronavirus protein is sprayed onto the bonding pad; and an M detection line coated with anti-human IgM antibodies, a G detection line coated with anti-human IgG antibodies, and a quality control line coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibodies are set on the nitrocellulose membrane. The quantum dots are used to mark novel coronavirus proteins, and can identify trace antibodies, has characteristics such as a high sensitivity, a strong stability, a strong anti-interference and the like, and an M detection line coated with anti-human IgM antibodies and a G detection line coated with anti-human IgG antibodies are set on the nitrocellulose membrane of the same test strip, so that the IgG and the IgM antibodies can be detected at the same time by means of one-time sample loading, thereby facilitating early diagnosis of whether a person is infected with the novel coronavirus. In addition, also provided is a kit.
