Abstract:
A detection unit, a detection array, a detection array motherboard, a detector, and a laser radar. The detection unit comprises: a photosensitive pixel, wherein the photosensitive pixel comprises a plurality of photosensitive devices; and a micro-lens array, wherein the micro-lens array is located on the side of the photosensitive pixel where light is incident, the micro-lens array comprises a plurality of micro-lenses, the plurality of micro-lenses correspond to the plurality of photosensitive devices on a one-to-one basis, the micro-lenses each comprise a protruding portion, and the protruding portion is made of an inorganic material. A packaging material can be in surface contact with a micro-lens, such that there is no need to retain an air gap between the effective packaging material and the micro-lens, thereby effectively improving the reliability of a device and reducing the packaging difficulty; and especially for an on-board device, the formation of the air gap is avoided, thereby facilitating to passing vehicle regulation authentication.
