Abstract:
A feature extraction unit (11): extracts, from an advertising request requesting online advertising to be viewed, client information relating to a client who is the sender of the advertising request, and publisher information relating to a website of a publisher displaying the advertising; and calculates a prescribed feature amount for a plurality of advertising requests including at least a benign advertising request, in which the client information and the publisher information are used. An assessor creation unit (12) creates an assessor (13) for assessing whether or not an advertising request is malignant, using the calculated feature amount.
