Abstract:
The present invention provides a detergent composition including N-acyl acidic amino acids, the detergent composition having excellent solubility even at low pH values, having satisfactory storage stability, lathering well, and having satisfactory lather quality. Specifically, the present invention provides a detergent composition which comprises the following components (A) and (B) or comprising the following components (A), (B), and (C), wherein the weight ratio of the component (A) to the component (B), A/B, is 0.01-0.80 and the weight ratio of the component (C) to the component (B), C/B, is 0.00-0.32. Component (A) is an N-unsaturated-acyl acidic amino acid (where the unsaturated acyl is a C8-20 linear acyl); component (B) is an N-saturated-acyl acidic amino acid (where the saturated acyl is a C8-14 linear acyl); and component (C) is an N-saturated-acyl acidic amino acid (where the saturated acyl is a C16-20 linear acyl).
