Abstract:
A device for batch-processing silicon nitride ceramic microbeads, relating to the technical field of mechanical processing, and comprising columns (20) which are symmetrically arranged, wherein an upper beam (15) is fixedly arranged at the top of the columns (20), a pressurization mechanism (10) is fixedly connected under the upper beam (15), an upper grinding plate (1) is arranged at the bottom of the pressurization mechanism (10), a lower grinding plate (2) is symmetrically arranged under the upper grinding plate (1), the lower grinding plate (2) is fixedly arranged on a machine bed (19), an unloading pulley mechanism (11) is connected to the bottom of the machine bed (19) by means of a lower spindle (14), and the unloading pulley mechanism (11) is connected to a gear motor (7) and a hydraulic tank (8), respectively; a bead inlet (12) is arranged on one side of the upper grinding plate (1), a bead outlet (13) is arranged on one side of the bottom of the lower grinding plate (2), the bead inlet (12) and the bead outlet (13) are respectively in communication with a storage device, and a vacuum pump (9) is arranged on the storage device; and silicon nitride ceramic microbeads (3) are placed and ground between the upper grinding plate (1) and the lower grinding plate (2).
