Abstract:
A device capable of automatically mounting a reinforcing ring. The device comprises a mounting platform (1), a downward pressing device (2), an upward pushing device (3), an upper die fixing plate (4), an upper die (5), a workpiece die plate (6), a lower die (7), a lower die fixing plate (8), a lower die base (9), an upper punching head (10) and a lower punching head (20), wherein a reinforcing ring mounting cavity (61) is provided in the workpiece die plate (6); the upper end of the lower punching head (20) is arranged in the reinforcing ring mounting cavity (61); the lower end of the upper punching head (10) can be inserted into the reinforcing ring mounting cavity (61); the upper punching head (10) can be tightly attached to the lower punching head (20); and the upper punching head (10) and the lower punching head (20) can respectively press the reinforcing ring into a product. The upper punching head (10) and the lower punching head (20) are driven, by means of the downward pressing device (2) and the upward pushing device (3), to respectively press upward and press downward, then the reinforcing ring is assembled, such that product quality can be improved, and the labor intensity of workers is also reduced.
