Abstract:
A hook type commutator having a mica ring, comprising a bushing, an insulating sleeve, a set of commutator segments, and a set of mica segments. The cross sections of both the bushing and the insulating sleeve are ring-shaped, and the bushing is disposed on the inner wall of the insulating sleeve. Both the set of commutator segments and the set of mica segments are arranged in a ring array by taking the center of the bushing as the center of a circle, and the set of commutator segments and the set of mica segments are arranged at an interval. Each mica segment comprises a sheet body, a first positioning protrusion, a second positioning protrusion, and a mica groove. The hook type commutator having a mica ring according to the present invention is reasonable in structural design; after the commutator is injection molded, the mica segments are extruded and fixed between the commutator segments, and the gourd-shaped first and second positioning protrusions of the mica segments can be firmly combined with the insulating sleeve, thereby greatly increasing the tightening force of the mica segments in a commutator product, effectively preventing the mica segments from floating or flying out in a high-speed rotation state, and improving the quality of the commutator product.
