Abstract:
A device failure detection method, a device failure detection apparatus and a computer storage medium The method comprises: transmitting a measurement beam to a target device, and collecting a detection beam reflected by the measurement beam via a target device (11); extracting a vibration signal from the detection beam (12); and inputting the vibration signal to a trained fault learning model to identify the fault type associated with the vibration signal, so as to determine the fault type of a target device (13). By means of the above method, a non-contact vibration signal measurement solution is used, without the need for an external soundproof room, thereby efficiently detecting a device failure; moreover, during the quality inspection of large quantities of devices, time and labor costs are saved, thereby improving the efficiency of quality inspection.
