Abstract:
Provided is a device having a menu display function by which it is possible for a worker to easily understand the hierarchical structure of a menu, enabling the process of menu-switch selection to be simplified, and by which it is possible to improve usability. In order to do so, the device is provided with a CPU and a touch panel display unit, the device having the following: a first display mode in which one specific menu, from among a plurality of menus having control functions assigned to menu switches of the menus, is displayed; and a second display mode in which all menus are displayed without any overlap. The CPU switches between the first display mode and the second display mode and displays the menus in the touch panel display unit.
