Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a device for inserting flat tubes into heat-exchanger fins with which it is possible to assemble the core of a heat exchanger efficiently and with a high yield. As a solution, this invention is provided with: a fin stack placement part (120) for setting a fin stack in which heat exchanger fins (10) are stacked in the plate thickness direction and guide elements (G) are inserted into one or more cutout parts (12); a flat tube installation part (130) in which flat tubes (T) are placed intermittently with respect to the cutout parts (12) into which the guide element (G) have not yet been inserted; a flat tube insertion drive part (140) for inserting the flat tubes (T) into the cutout parts (12); a contact plate (150) for obtaining a reaction force when the flat tubes (T) are inserted into the cutout parts (12); and a part (170) for installing fin stacks having intermittently inserted flat tubes, for aligning the positions of the cutout parts (12) into which the flat tubes (T) have not yet been inserted with the positions of the flat tubes (T) in the flat tube installation part (130), the part (170) for installing fin stacks having intermittently inserted flat tubes being used upon being exchanged with the fin stack placement part (120).
