Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a device maintenance method, a server, a terminal and a system. The device maintenance method comprises: a server receiving a repair request sent by a first terminal; acquiring, according to the repair request, target position information and target identification information of a device to be repaired; and sending the target identification information and the target position information to a second terminal. By means of the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, target position information of a device to be repaired is used to rapidly and accurately determine the position of the device to be repaired, and the target identification information of the device to be repaired can provide a reference for maintenance personnel to perform maintenance on the device to be repaired, such that the efficiency of device maintenance is improved.
