Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method (technique) for mapping sequencing data in genetic screening, which enables sequence mapping to be implemented in a novel method involving: predicting a data format by means of unsupervised learning based on data characteristics of the sequencing data in genetic screening; and, on the basis of the data format, dynamically identifying/extracting a library sequence for the sequence mapping.
