Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for measuring stock removal and correcting the alignment of a handler supplying a carbide insert product to grinding equipment in order to grind the carbide insert product. More particularly, the present invention relates to a device for measuring stock removal and correcting the alignment of a handler for grinding a carbide insert product, comprising: a product measuring unit configured to measure the height of a carbide insert product taken out of grinding equipment; a measurement stage configured to place the carbide insert product thereon so as to measure the height of the carbide insert product taken out of the grinding equipment; and an alignment correction unit comprising a correction camera to correct the alignment to match the angle of the carbide insert product supplied to the grinding equipment with the angle of the mask pocket of the grinding equipment. Accordingly, the device for measuring stock removal and correcting the alignment of a handler for grinding a carbide insert product according to the present invention is configured to be able to accurately load the carbide insert product to be ground into a mask pocket of existing grinding equipment, and automatically calculate the stock removal by measuring the height of the carbide insert product that has been ground, thereby securing the grinding history of each product and producing high-quality carbide insert products through datafication.
