Abstract:
The invention relates to heat and power engineering, more particularly to the design of burners for water-heating boilers. A device for controlling the efficiency of a solid-fired boiler comprises a hopper, a cylindrical grate bar arranged under the hopper, a guide plate above the cylinder, a motor with a reduction gear, and a rod which is fastened to a rotating and clamping mechanism mounted on the axis of the cylindrical grate bar, wherein the motor with the reduction gear is connected to a crank-and-rod mechanism, the end of the connecting rod of which is capable of making periodic contact at an angle with the rod. The connecting rod is capable of controlling the working stroke by means of a screw having a lock nut. The technical result is an increase in the stability of supplying fuel, an increase in reliability, and a reduction in the mass of the drive of a cylindrical grate bar.
