Abstract:
The utility model relates to heat and power engineering, more particularly to the design of burners for water-heating boilers. The technical result is an increase in reliability, durability and an increase in the degree of protection of a boiler from breakdowns caused by rubble dropping onto the cylinder. A device for preventing breakdowns of a solid-fired boiler, comprising a boiler frame, a hopper attached to said frame, and a guide plate, a cylindrical grate bar, the axle of which is mounted by means of a bearing on the frame, a drive for the cylindrical grate bar, the output axle of which is connected to the axle of the cylindrical grate bar, the drive has an electric motor and a reduction gear in the drive housing, and a strain gauge sensor is mounted between the drive housing and the frame of the solid-fired boiler, the signal from which strain gauge sensor is connected to the input of a control device, and the electric motor of the drive is connected to the output of the control device.
