Abstract:
According to the present invention, line information having a size that fits in a display unit is created with element images that are arranged in accordance with the alignment of elements in an original image file, and paragraph information in which a plurality of pieces of said line information are lined up in the scroll direction is created. Thus, a user can read through a document while checking the contextual relationship among the pieces of line information simply by scrolling the paragraph information along the scroll direction, and there is no need to read the document while scrolling here and there in a plurality of directions.
