Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical synthesis, and particularly to a device for producing trimethylamine for synthesizing a cation etherifying agent. The device comprises a raw material mixing tank, a first heater, a second heater, a third heater, and a stationary bed reactor that are successively connected by means of pipes, and further comprises a separating column, a dehydration column, a finished product tank and a byproduct intermediate tank, wherein the bottom of the stationary bed reactor is connected to the middle of the separation tower by means of a pipe, the top of the separation column is connected to the finished product tank by means of a pipe, the bottom of the separation column is connected to the middle of the dehydration column by means of a pipe, the top of the dehydration column is connected to the byproduct intermediate tank by means of a pipe, and a water outlet at the bottom of the dehydration column is connected to a water inlet of the separation column by means of a pipe, and a circulating water pump is provided on the pipe connecting the water outlet of the dehydration column and the water inlet of the separation column; and a methanol feed inlet, a liquid ammonia feed port and a byproduct feed port are provided on a side of the raw material mixing tank, and the byproduct feed port is connected to the byproduct intermediate tank by means of a pipe. The present invention is stable in terms of production, simple in terms of process, saves on costs and reduces safety risks.
