Abstract:
An urotropine production device with an automatic pH adjustment function, comprising an amination reactor (1) and a PLC controller (8). The amination reactor (1) is provided with a mother solution outlet and a mother solution inlet, the mother solution outlet is in communication with the mother solution inlet by means of a circulation pipe (2), the circulation pipe (2) is provided with an on-line pH meter (5), the amination reactor (1) is provided with an ammonia gas intake pipe and a formaldehyde gas intake pipe, the ammonia gas intake pipe is provided with an ammonia gas intake regulating valve (6), the formaldehyde gas intake pipe is provided with a formaldehyde gas intake regulating valve (7), the on-line pH meter (5) is in signal connection with a controller (8), and the ammonia gas intake regulating valve (6) and the formaldehyde gas intake regulating valve (7) are connected to the controller (8) in an electrically controlled manner.
