A device for quality inspection of a blood preparation, comprising: a swirling-inducing means for inducing swirling in the blood preparation; an image detection means for detecting inspection images, said inspection images including an image of the swirling induced by the swirling-inducing means; and a calculation means for calculating a parameter, which has a correlation with the quality of the blood preparation, on the basis of the swirling image detected by the image detection means.
