Abstract:
In the past, there have been cases in which a workpiece model is incorrectly matched to detection data from a shape detection sensor, thereby causing incorrect detection of position data. This device comprises: a model acquisition unit that acquires a plurality of workpiece models resulting from modeling a workpiece in a plurality of orientations, the workpiece models including a feature model corresponding to a visual feature of the workpiece; and an information acquisition unit that, with respect to a first workpiece model in one orientation, acquires non-similar information for identifying a first feature model that is in a non-similar relationship with the features of the workpiece in other orientations.
