Abstract:
Provided is a wireless communication technology that enables compliance with domestic laws and regulations and the like. This terminal device 10 comprises: a reception unit 12 that receives, from a base station 50, broadcast information including both NS information dedicated to discrimination of authorized state/unauthorized state and authentication request information corresponding to a predetermined frequency band constituting a band; a storage unit 13 that stores authorized-state information specifying an authorized frequency band; and a determination unit 14 that determines, on the basis of the result of a comparison of the NS information and the authentication request information with the authorized-state information, whether or not the terminal can access the base station.
