Abstract:
A system is provided for efficiently preparing a cell suspension from a cell-containing sample, under conditions in which a low load is placed on the cells. This cell suspension preparation system 1, for preparing a cell suspension from a cell-containing sample with enzyme treatment, is provided with: a cell suspension preparation device 2, for preparing a cell suspension, which is provided with a first container 100, a second container 200 and a third container 300, and in which a mesh sheet 215 is provided in a second space 214 in the second container 200; and a concentrating / cleaning device 3, for concentrating or cleaning the cell suspension, which is provided with a hollow fiber separation membrane module 400.
