Abstract:
Disclosed is a system for diagnosing a power conversion device that includes a semiconductor device and that performs switching operations to conduct a main current to a main circuit or to shut off the main current. The system includes: a trigger circuit that obtains a reference time for the switching operations; and a delay-time calculating circuit that obtains a first time in a first main-current setting value and a second time in a second main-current setting value concerning the main current and that detects numerical data representing the difference between the first time and the reference time and numerical data representing the difference between the second time and the reference time.
