Abstract:
The present invention relates to a diaphragm applicable to a sound production device, a preparation method thereof, and a sound production device. The diaphragm applicable to a sound production device comprises at least one polyester-based thermoplastic vulcanizate layer, the polyester-based thermoplastic vulcanizate is prepared by a thermoplastic polyester material, rubber, a vulcanizing agent, and an auxiliary agent by means of dynamic vulcanization, wherein the thickness of the diaphragm is 25-300 μm, and the loss factor of the polyester-based thermoplastic vulcanizate at 23°C is 0.05-0.25. The present invention employs the polyester-based thermoplastic vulcanized rubber layer, which achieves high acoustic performance such as excellent stiffness, resilience, damping ability, and thermal stability due to the synergistic effect of the thermoplastic polyester material and rubber, and can be thermoformed.
