Disclosed in the utility model are a diaphragm and a sound generator comprising the same. The diaphragm comprises a fastening portion fastened to an outer casing of a sound generator, a surround portion integrated with the fastening portion, a middle portion at an inner side of the surround portion, and a reinforcement portion combined with and fastened to the middle portion. The reinforcement portion is located at a surface of the diaphragm at a side near a voice coil. The reinforcement portion comprises a main body portion having a long-axis direction. Reinforcement ribs are formed on a surface of the main body portion at a side away from the middle portion in the long-axis direction of the main body portion. Further provided in the utility model is the sound generator. The sound generator comprises a vibration system. The vibration system comprises the above-described diaphragm, and a voice coil combined with and fastened to the diaphragm. The voice coil is combined with and fastened to a surface on the side of the main body portion away from the middle portion, and the reinforcement ribs are at an outer side of the voice coil. The diaphragm of the present invention addresses the issue of early break-up behavior of a sound generator and ensures the vibration performance of the diaphragm.
