Abstract:
A die-casting duplexer and die-casting method are provided. The die-casting duplexer comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity; the lower cavity is molded through die-casting integrally together with a shell of a radio frequency remote unit (RRU); one end of the lower cavity is provided with an antenna feeder connector; one end of the lower cavity far away from the antenna feeder connector is die-cast with a lower filter cavity; the upper cavity is die-cast with an upper filter cavity, and a resonator is arranged in the upper filter cavity; the lower cavity is die-cast with a transmission line groove for placing a transmission line which is used for connecting the resonator with the antenna feeder connector; when the upper cavity and the lower cavity are matched together, the cavity which is formed by the upper filter cavity and the lower filter cavity being matched comprises a filter channel. The duplexer is divided into two independent cavities, namely the upper cavity and the lower cavity which are molded by a die through die-casting respectively, thus the process and manufacture are simple, and the space in the cavities of the duplexer is utilized effectively.
