Title:
DIFFERENCE DETECTION DEVICE AND DIFFERENCE DETECTION PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/071472
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A difference detection device is provided with a difference detection unit for detecting, on the basis of associations between a first image and a second image showing almost the same space photographed at different times and first image encoded information and second image encoded information, a difference between a third image and a fourth image showing almost the same space photographed at different times, wherein the encoded information is information acquired from data including the encoded first image and data including the encoded second image, before inverse transform processing is executed in decoding processing executed for each of the first image and the second image.
