Abstract:
Disclosed is a differential locking mechanism, comprising a differential and a locking structure. The differential comprises a driven gear (1), a differential shell (2), an axle shaft (10), an axle shaft gear (14), a first planetary gear (3), a second planetary gear (4), a first planetary gear shaft (5) and a second planetary gear shaft (15). A locking device comprises a sleeve (9), a third gear (6), a toothed sleeve (11), a shifting fork (8) and a fixing member (12). An end, located outside the differential shell, of the first planetary gear shaft (5) is fixedly provided with the third gear (6); the sleeve (9) is fixedly arranged at an end of the differential shell; a fourth gear (16) is sleeved at a side, close to the differential shell, of the sleeve; the fourth gear is rotationally connected to the sleeve; one end of the fourth gear is fixedly connected to a fifth gear (13); the fifth gear (13) is rotationally connected to the sleeve (9); a longitudinal tooth groove is provided in an end, away from the differential shell, of the sleeve (9); the toothed sleeve (11) is sleeved on the sleeve, meshes with the tooth groove and can move in a longitudinal direction of the sleeve; one end of the toothed sleeve (11) is provided with teeth and can mesh with the fifth gear (13); an annular groove is provided outside the toothed sleeve; and the shifting fork (8) is movably connected in the groove.
