Abstract:
Disclosed is a differential-pressure automatic pressure compensation air supply device, comprising an air pressure tank (1), a main air cylinder (2), a balance air cylinder (3), an exhaust air cylinder (4), electromagnetic valves (5, 43), a crank slider mechanism (6), a manual valve (7) and controllers (81, 82), wherein the main air cylinder is mounted in the air pressure tank, with the bottom thereof being in communication with the exterior of the air pressure tank; a piston (22) of the main air cylinder is fixedly mounted in a cylinder body (21) by means of a fixing frame (13), a check valve (222) is mounted on the piston, and the piston is in communication with the exterior by means of a tubular piston rod (23); the balance air cylinder is mounted on the two sides of the main air cylinder by means of a frame (15), and the interior of the balance air cylinder is in communication with the interior of the main air cylinder; the exhaust air cylinder is mounted on an inner wall of the air pressure tank; and the crank slider mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the air pressure tank, with one end thereof being connected to the exhaust air cylinder, and the other end thereof being connected to the main air cylinder. Differential pressure is generated by means of different areas of different air cylinders in the cylinder body, and air is automatically supplemented to the interior, thus increasing the air supply time, reducing the cycle of supplementing compressed air, reducing the energy consumption, and being more environmentally friendly.
