Abstract:

This diffusion plate has a microlens array including a first lens. In a longitudinal section, an outline of the first lens has a first shape region including the top of the outline, a change point located at one end of the first shape region, and a second shape region located across the change point from the first shape region. The first shape region has a shape based on expression (1), and the second shape region has a shape different from that based on expression (1) and includes a region having an inclination angle larger than the shape based on expression (1).
