A directional drilling device for radial drilling, comprising a sidetracking pipe string (5), a guide structure (9), and a measurement and control system. The sidetracking pipe string (5) comprises a continuous flexible pipe (2), an anti-rotation device (3), a rotary device (4), a sidetracking drill pipe (10), a directional motor (6), and a drill bit (8) which are connected from top to bottom; the top of the sidetracking drill pipe (10) is communicated with the bottom of the continuous flexible pipe (2) by means of a rotary dynamic seal (7); the guide structure (9) is arranged on the shaft wall, corresponding to a sidetracking outlet of the sidetracking pipe string (5), in a shaft; the directional motor (6) is arranged close to the drill bit (8) to control the direction of the drill bit; the measurement and control system comprises a measurement module and a control module which are arranged underground, and the control module controls directional drilling of the directional motor (6) according to a state of the drill bit (8) measured by the measurement module. According to the directional drilling device for radial drilling, the technical problems that direction adjustment of drilling of a drill tool cannot be facilitated, and coiled tubing is easily broken are solved.
