Abstract:
The invention provides a directional reflector material, which includes a base (3) and glass beads (1), and comprises fusion zone (4) between the base (3) and glass beads (1) for firmly fusing glass beads (1) onto the base (1). Also provided is a method of producing a directional reflector material, the method comprising the steps of: a) making the temperature of the base (3) reach 700 °C$m(k)900 °C; b) spreading the glass beads (1) over the surface of the base (3), fusing the surface of glass beads (1) with the base (3); c) lowering the temperature of the base (3) which spreaded with glass beads (1) immediately and smoothly.
