Abstract:
Disclosed are a disassemblable shoe last and a preparation method therefor. The detachable shoe last comprises a clamping member, a forepart, a heel part, an upper transition member, a connecting assembly, and a last shell. The lower end of the forepart and the lower end of the heel part are connected by means of the connecting assembly to form a last core. The upper end of the forepart and the upper end of the heel part form a V-shaped groove. The clamping member is inserted into the V-shaped groove and locked with the forepart. The upper transition member is connected to the forepart. The last shell wraps around the forepart, the heel part, and the upper transition member. The joint of the forepart and the heel part is provided with a separation sheet, the separation sheet extending from the joint and dividing the last shell into two parts. The method for preparing the detachable shoe last comprises five steps: preparing a shoe last core, assembly, injection molding, cooling and shaping, and finishing.
