Abstract:
A two-section composite shoe last, comprising an aluminum last core, a plastic last housing, and a connection assembly. The aluminum last core comprises a first last core and a second last core, the first last core and the second last core being connected by means of the connection assembly; the plastic last housing wraps the aluminum last core, a partition piece is provided at the connection of the first last core and the second last core, and the partition piece extends out of the connection and divides the plastic last housing into two portions. Also provided is a preparation method for the two-section composite shoe last, comprising five steps of last core preparation, assembling, injection molding, cooling and shaping, and finishing.
