Abstract:
Disclosed is a disassembly process for a CTP battery pack that utilizes cells step-by-step, said process comprising: pre-treating a CTP battery pack so as to remove the mechanical connection between cells, freezing the pre-treated CTP battery pack, applying an impact load on the frozen battery pack to separate the cells from the battery pack, wiping off surface moisture from the separated cells, placing the separated cells in a closed and thermally conductive space to return to temperature, immersing the adhesive surface of the returned cells in hot water of 60-65°C for a period of time, and peeling the adhesive from the cells. According to the present invention, time and difficulty are reduced by means of pre-treatment for disassembly after freezing. Meanwhile, circuit connection among cells is eliminated, thus the risks during operation are reduced. The heat conduction method of a closed box body is adopted to carry out air-free contact return-temperature treatment on frozen cells, preventing the scraping of cells caused by a discharge circuit formed by condensed water. Moreover, a hot-bath glue removal method is adopted, facilitating softening after a hot bath, so that an adhesive the adhesive strength of which is reduced is peeled off of the cells.
