Title:
DISASTER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING HYBRID TRIAGE TAG
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/112124
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A disaster management system using a hybrid triage tag is disclosed. The present system comprises: a control server and an onsite command terminal for managing a specific disaster zone; a hybrid triage tag corresponding to each patient and displaying information related to the state of the patient; and a mobile terminal for receiving primary severity information, which is a stepwise classification relating to the state of the patient, providing the received primary severity information to the hybrid triage tag, and providing, to the hybrid triage tag, information on whether communication with the control server is smooth, wherein, when the mobile terminal smoothly communicates with the control server, the mobile terminal receives a glasgow coma scale, a respiration rate per minute, and systolic blood pressure, generates secondary severity information, which is a scoring classification proportional to a patient survival rate by summing scores allocated at the same proportion so as to respectively increase in proportion to the glasgow coma scale, the respiration rate per minute, and the systolic blood pressure, and transmits the generated secondary severity information to the hybrid triage tag, and the hybrid triage tag can display the secondary severity information. Therefore, patients resulting from a disaster are easily managed.
