Abstract:
A disk loading device (disk device) comprising: front arms (31, 32) arranged substantially symmetrical about an imaginary straight line (L) which extends in the disk loading direction and passes through substantially the center of an insertion opening (insertion/removal opening) (2A), and loading a disk in such a manner that each arm (31, 32) is pivoted about one end thereof, which is supported at a position near each of both ends of the insertion opening (2A), in the direction in which the other end is separated from each other; and link arms (33, 34) arranged substantially symmetrical about the imaginary straight line (L) so as to intersect each other and synchronizing the pivoting of the arms (31, 32). The link arms (33, 34) comprise restriction sections (333, 343) for restricting the movement of a disk, which has been loaded into a loading position, by making contact with the disk.
