Abstract:
The invention provides a dispatching method and apparatus for an automated guided vehicle, which belong to the technical field of intelligent dispatching. Said method includes: receiving a dispatching task, the dispatching task comprising a starting point position and an end point position; planning a target path according to the edge weight value of each road section, the target path comprising a plurality of road sections between the starting point position and the end point position, and the cost value of each road section among the plurality of road sections being minimum; and executing the dispatching task according to the target path. The present method and apparatus contribute to solving the problem in the prior art that the transportation efficiency is reduced because the shortest path planned merely considering the distance by the original A-star algorithm is not the optimal path, achieving the technical effect of increasing the transportation efficiency.
