Abstract:
Disclosed are a spandex oil agent that has flame retardant properties and flame-retardant spandex fibers based on same, which belong to the technical field of the spandex oil agents for dry spinning. The spandex oil agent that has flame retardant properties of the present invention comprises the following components by weight percentage: 40%-80% of chlorinated paraffin oil, 20%-40% of modified silicone oil, 8%-15% of a flame retardant, 1%-5% of an antistatic agent, and 1%-5% of a dispersant. The sum of the percentages of the foregoing components is 100% in total according to weight percentage. By means of using the spandex oil agent that has flame retardant properties of the present invention for dry spinning of spandex fibers, flame-retardant spandex fibers can be prepared. The invention is characterized in that the flammable characteristics of spandex fibers are effectively resolved, thus providing spandex fibers with the effect of good flame retardancy and excellent thermal stability without reducing or decreasing the mechanical properties of the spandex itself.
