Abstract:
The invention relates to a dispensing and mixing device (1) designed to be fixed on an opening (2) of a receiving container (3) and intended to receive an autonomous container (50) having an opening (55) closed by a closure film (58) and containing an additive product (P) to be dispensed into the interior space of the receiving container (3) which contains a different product (F), characterized in that it comprises: - a holding element (20) able to receive and retain the autonomous container (50) in the region of its opening, - an assembly element (10) designed to be fixed on the opening (2) of the receiving container (3) and to receive said holding element by screwing, said assembly element comprising a generally smooth and open passage part (40) which is able to engage in a homologous part of said holding element, said passage part (40) forming a pouring spout and incorporating a member (42) for opening the closure film (58) of the autonomous container (50) by putting up a resistance to the closure film (58; 68) in a peripheral region of the latter in order to tear and laterally open said closure film during the screwing of the holding element (20) onto the assembly element (10), the assembly element (10) and the holding element (20), joined together, forming an interior volume that forms a generally sealed and generally smooth and open passage between the interior space of the receiving container (3) and the interior space of the autonomous container (50) following the opening of the closure film (58).
