The present invention provides a dispersion composition whereby a curable composition having excellent development properties can be obtained, and in which the occurrence of precipitates in a low-temperature environment is suppressed. The present invention also provides a curable composition, a light-shielding film obtained by curing the curable composition, a color filter containing the cured film obtained by curing the curable composition, a solid-state imaging device and an image display device, a resin, and a method for manufacturing a cured film. This dispersion composition contains a colorant and a resin, the resin contains constituent units A having a polymer chain and constituent units B having an acidic group, the polymer chain contains two or more types of constituent units GF, and the constituent units GF are selected from the group consisting of constituent units comprising an oxyalkylene group and constituent units comprising an oxyalkylene carbonyl group.
