Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a configuration that promotes miniaturization. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a coil (11); a magnetic response member (12) disposed so as to be displaced relative to the coil according to a position to be detected; and a self-oscillation circuit (13) integrated with the coil as an oscillation element, and changing an oscillation frequency in response to an inductance change of the coil according to the displacement of the magnetic response member relative to the coil. A computing unit (14) generates a measurement value according to the oscillation frequency on the basis of an oscillation output signal of the self-oscillation circuit, obtains a derivative value of the measurement value as velocity data (Vd), and obtains position data, that is, displacement data (Ld), by integrating the velocity data. Based on a differential operation when obtaining the velocity data, an offset component caused by heat or a mechanical attachment position of a position detection device can be automatically canceled or reduced, and precise displacement detection can be carried out.
