Abstract:
This displacement sensor is provided with: a coil which is mounted on a substrate and which is formed to have less than one turn; an inverter which is electrically connected to the coil and which generates an oscillation signal; and a frequency detection unit which is electrically connected to the inverter and which detects, in accordance with the distance between a measuring object and the coil, the oscillation frequency of an oscillation circuit including the coil and the inverter.
