Abstract:
A display apparatus, comprising a display panel (1), a main circuit board (3), and a plurality of chips on film (2) bonded between the display panel (1) and the main circuit board (3), a wiring area (11) being provided with a plurality of first bonding areas (10), and the plurality of first bonding areas (10) being distributed along the wiring area (11); a plurality of second bonding areas (20) corresponding on a one-to-one basis with the first bonding areas (10) are arranged on the main circuit board (3), the shape of the main circuit board (3) being the same as the shape of the wiring area (11), a first end of each chip on film (2) being bonded to a corresponding first bonding area (10), and a second end of each chip on film (2) being bonded to a corresponding second bonding area (20).
