Abstract:
Disclosed are a display apparatus and an electronic apparatus. The display apparatus (100) comprises a housing (10), a lens module (20), an image generation module (30) and an adjustment assembly (40). The lens module (20) is fixed and accommodated within the housing (10). The image generation module (30) is movably accommodated within the housing (10) and opposite the lens module (20). The adjustment assembly (40) is mounted on the housing (10) and connected to the image generation module (30), the junction between the adjustment assembly (40) and the image generation module (30) is located on a central axis of the image generation module (30) or distributed around the central axis, and the adjustment assembly (40) adjusts the distance between the image generation module (30) and the lens module (20).
