Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique which can suppress power consumed for displaying an image. This display control device controls a display unit that is capable of displaying an image that is observed from a driver's seat of a vehicle and is superimposed on a scene outside the vehicle. The display control device is provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires the current position of the vehicle, a guidance point previously set on a map indicated by map information, and the presence or absence of an operation of a direction indicator of the vehicle; and a control unit that controls the display of a marker which is an image that shows the direction in which the vehicle is to travel, on the basis of the current position, the guidance point, and the presence or absence of the operation acquired by the acquisition unit.
